The Tech Specialist makes the calls. If the assistant TS disagrees, then the TC resolves the dispute. If no dispute, the Tech Specialist call stands.

Thank you.
Strange that Sergey Ponomarenko is referred to as RUS. If I am not mistaken he is the US citizen.

sorry, huh?
I don't understand how C/L can get this call now after performing the same short dance all season. Did they change something?
They changed their straight line lift and after the straight line lift they performed another lift which is suppose to be choreographic highlight but they changed the program from what they had been skating earlier in the season so that Anna swings around Lucca a couple of times which makes it an extra element instead of choreography.

Feel sorry for Victoria and Nikita, lots of lamenting from Tarasova about this talented guy who spoiled his carrier by braking a successful promising ice dance pair.

Tarasova also thought Stepanova/Bukin should have been placed above Cappellini/LaNotte because of the twizzles. I guess she didn't notice that S/B got L3 on the twizzles and L1 on the Diagonal step sequence.....
But then the Russians have been suspicious of CoP, since they haven't won an ice dance championship since it went into effect.
